Meet your coordinator

Hi, I’m Rachel Hoffsommer, Owner and Coordinator of Best Wishes Wedding Planning. I have always had a love for hospitality; it’s who I am. When I attended Kansas State University it only made sense to major in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have had a successful twenty years in the hospitality industry and am now creating my proudest chapter yet. I earned my valuable event coordinating knowledge from an array of acclaimed hospitality establishments.

I have coordinated numerous off-site functions for the fine dining restaurants I managed, plus community and private events. I have participated in over 300 wedding functions in various capacities. I have individually hosted nearly 150 weddings in addition to countless other events.

During the week, I am the Administrative Assistant at Nemaha Environmental Services. I reside near Hillsdale, OK with my husband, Andrew, and darling three year old daughter, Reese.
